Third Slot won't show perk build/ BP counter broken.

Description of the Issue: 1) The Blood Point counter passes 1 million and it now caps at 1,050,000. 2) my perks wasen't showing. I came in with just a tool box w/ no add-ons.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Just get to the result screen. This is my first game and I still have the same amount of BP. I'll see if I can find the new cap.
How often does this occur:
After playing a few matches, it seems that whomever is in the third slot, it won't show their perks. The Blood Point counter now caps at 1,050,000

I played 3 games both survivor and killer, happened to me every single time.
