This bug is still not fixed. When he attacks with a chainsaw or finishes a sprint with a saw, his chainsaw is not visible
By the way, the Executioner has no animation of legs from the 1st person. There are no legs themselves and no animation for them when you go forward, backward, right, left or diagonally.
