Legion feral frenzy bug

PC end, not sure if this is happen on console.
There's a possibility that you can't vault window when you activate feral frenzy, like you have the animation of vaulting but you didn't vault it. Just try it yourself, this issue sometimes can happened but you can't tell when it will happen.
