David King‘s Hard Headlights is even more visually broken depite the patch notes

The following sentence in the patch notes 4.0.0 under the section "cosmetics" is not true (at least on PC Steam):

"David King's Hard Headlights: Fixed visible seams during various actions."

Not only the problem that the patch was supposed to fix is still there, there are more problems with David King‘s Hard Headlights cosmetic, see screenshots below.

1、There is a new texture tear in the lobby when David is holding an item which is not present before the patch.

2、There are new texture tears during various actions. (for instance standing while holding an item and fixing generators) The tears moves and vary in sizes throughout different aninmations.

3、his skin texture seems to be block-ish, there are shadows of cubes present on his skin and the texture seems to be worse on certain maps (such as the huntress map) and moves under different lighting conditions.

4、his shoulder is completely dislodged from his body on the result screen. (poor David)

I simply find it hard to understand why this piece of cosmetic is broken so many times and not fixed properly for so long after so many patches. I even tested the PTB 4.0.0 and confirmed the problems was gone and somehow when the patch goes alive for real the problem is worse ???

Please kindly investigate and hope to hear from you soon.
