PC Hatch blocked by map in Midwich Elementary

Playing as Claudette on PC in Midwich Elementary school. The hatch spawned and opened, but gave no prompt to escape due to parts of the map blocking it (I only started recording after the hatch opened).

Can Confirm this. We played a custom game and had the exact same conditions with the pallet (we broke it after some time) and the cellar next to it. We tried serveral times to get in this hatch like 5 minutes, it was not possible, BUT the killer CAN close it.
