save error, player level, rank and connection to servers

at the end of the games it gives me an error of rank or player level after accepting it sends me to the game loading menu and pressing the space bar to start the game gives me a connection error with the servers and tells me that there is no Internet connection, this problem has been happening to me for a month ago and it happens to me in all the games I play.
