What does it mean when you achieved *adept achievement* and it says that 0,01 players have this.Are you the only one that has that achievement or just a really small amount of players have it?

Adept Achievements are gained by:
Survivor: escaping a trail with only the chosen survivor's unique perks.
Killer: Achieving a Merciless Kill with only the chosen killer's unique perks.
Killer is more difficult because it's measured on performance and emblems.
The 0.01% of players rating indicates only that percent of DBD users have achieved the related trophy.
