Silent Hill map basement bug

I had a match in which I was playing The new killer,I hooked a claudette in the basement(last hook) then she jumped in a locker after being unhooked (she was tormented) I grabbed her out of the locker put her down to mini mori her,but she somehow got bugged in the basement floor ,somwhere through the cracks,I could still hear her,and other survivors I think could see her(trough walls) .They didn't say anything in post game chat cause they were russians.
