Is prestige even worth it? Apart from the cosmetics, what other reason is their to even prestige each character?

I've been told only reason to prestige is cosmetics or that you have played for so long you have nothing else to do.

Same here, and tbh after playing this game for a few years I still have never done it.

I'm gonna prestige Billy at some point but that is somewhere in the distant future when I've unlocked all killers and have all perks on them.

You get slightly better bloodwebs when you prestige. However, people have tested it and the difference is minimal.

prestige you get cosmetics, also trophys for ps4, achievements for pc, xbox, nothing really major though. You do get slightly better bloodwebs also but again nothing major so i suppose it up to you what you want to do. do you really want to reset your main character and grind to get everything back for little reward? i think it would be better if you got some sort of recognition for achieving this like some sort of bronze star then silver then gold above your name to show you did it. problem with this kind of thing though is if a killer/suvivour saw a dedicated player at start menu they most likely will just quit the lobby. maybe a bloodpoints reward for prestige would be cool

Killer's can see what prestige you are as a survivor in the game lobby.

ye i know thats why they quit if there are at least 2 players p3 they leave the lobby, also if they have TV/yt in there name because most likely they are there just to be toxic for there youtube/twitch channels. same goes when you see all survivors in lobby holding tourches you just think here we go.

No real reason to do apart from cosmetics and the cool skull III icon near your character's level haha. I recommend only doing it for character you care about or when you have nothing else to do with bloodpoints in the entire game.

I would use all the items, add-ons, and offerings you care about. After that, knock yourself out. Do it.
