How do you loop optimally on the new map?

Normally I'm a very strong looper, I always have a chase route in mind in case the killer decides to chase me. I even coach players to help them improve their looping.

However with this map I'm having a real hard time navigating it, as both survivor and as killer. I can't really plan a chase route as the map is still very alien to me.

So does anyone have idea how to the run the new map optimally?
