Although i haven't gotten to these challenges yet, i am still a little bit confused on what they mean with the challenge. Is it like adept where you must only use these perks or must I atleast use these perks and I can add one more?

    I did teenage rebellion on billy with legions perks + bbq and completed the challange. So its like adept but you can use 1 more perk and on any killer.
