A Distinct Lack of QA on Pyramid Head's Add-Ons and Description

There are two problems with Pyramid Head's add-ons that, while admittedly are minor issues, give off an awful feeling that this DLC was seriously rushed out the door with very little re-reading and secondary review. Likewise, there is an issue with his short overview that also gives off a feeling of laziness. Here is a brief description of every problem so you know what to look for in the images below:
- The description for The Executioner starts with "The Executioner is a map-manipulation killer..." instead of starting with an adjective. For example, The Deathslinger's description starts with "A vengeful killer..." It is repetitive to read the name The Executioner followed by "The Executioner is a..."
- The common and uncommon add-on for The Executioner say the exact same thing: "Slightly increases the total amount of time that Rites of Judgement can be performed." Shouldn't the uncommon be moderately or something?
- The rare add-on "Tablet of the Oppressor" is missing a space between 'increases' and 'the'. Is this a nit pick? Of course, but my point is to show that there was "A Distinct Lack of QA."
