[SUG] Make skill checks visible on EVERY background

Lots of maps are dark and there's no problem when you have to hit that tiny check zone but sometimes, like on the underground complex or when you have to DS but the killer have this bright and shiny new skin, the skill check is almost invisible.
I suggest to add a little dark border on the skill check to skip the "find a dark background when you ear the skill check sound" camera movement which is, in my opinion, not the purpose of the gameplay.
