Are the Indian servers going to be permanently removed?

Hello,
I would like to know if the Indian servers are removed temporary or permanently. I live in Middle East and the Indian servers are the nearest there which made our ping between 60-70 which is pretty good, but now after the Indian servers being removed our ping got high as 120 though I do not know which server we are currently playing on.
