In the hook, but I'm the killer

Hello, I was playing a match like always, and when I get hooked as survivor, the cam turn into the killer cam but in 3rd person. I got the crows for being "afk" in the hook and the bar get stuck. The match continued normaly and my teammates get killed. After that, the killer close the hatch and I "escape" magically. I will attach a video that I start to record when I get hooked and screenshots. Hope it will help!

Yeah, I'm experiencing the same issue, I'm not sure it's related, but the killer also was the Deathslinger.
