Mori Bug - couldn't use a mori after bringing it as an offering

Recently had a killer game as Nurse. Brought an ebony mori. When the loading screen came up, it didn't show my mori offering, but when I loaded into the game it was there. After downing some survivors, I found I couldn't use it on any of them after hooking them. Is this a bug will all moris and killers, or is it just another one to add to Nurse's long list of bugs?
