Spectating - Silent Hill siren

I was death spectating my friend on Shelter Woods against the Huntress, and when EGC triggered the Silent Hill siren started playing. He couldn't hear it, only me.

yeah the siren is appearing in lots of levels against killers that aren't PH. both while spectating and while playing.
