Loss of progression after the beginning of the event

I played the game yesterday and the progression I had made on my characters was reverted back to where it was before the beginning of the event. However, the challenges I completed in the tome are still checked as completed... I have also lost the crown cosmetics I had acquired on some characters.
Anyone experiencing the same issues ?
