Call to Arms - Queue bonus

I play during a time of night that while I'm playing the game switches from nearly instant survivor queue to nearly instant killer queue. This is, from my understanding, due to who's currently waiting for what kind of a match. During the first half there's a killer surplus resulting in instant queues and inversely there's a survivor surplus needing killers.

My suggestion is that there should be some kind of notification like the ritual where you can know what's needed more, killers or survivors for something like a percent bonus to BP for the match or some small incentive for filling the role. This could help bridge the gaps when there's a large wait for one side or another.
