pleeease turn grab lag into a hit
had several matches where I played grab animation to grab a survivor, but they got away unscathed because of lag. When this happens it should count as a swing by the killer, so at least the survivor gets hit instead of miraculously escaping the grab.

Honestly, this is a great idea.
Im also tired of my grabs animations never going through thanks to the server.
But I think the solution is gonna be better optimized Server rules, There was talk of a check system, Guess we have to wait for that.

My favorite is when you get stuck in grab animation and watch this survivor just simply finishing the gen and then runing away...

My favorite is when the Search Locker gets interrupted and then the Grab immediately after gets interrupted.
I've found that (if the survivor knows that you saw them enter the locker) walking up to the locker and performing an attack (not a lunge) will skip the Search and successfully grab the Survivor instead as they jump out (excluding Head-On perk). There's a chance that they stay in the locker until you swing and then they exit the locker while you recover, but small chance for a grab is better than no chance.

I haven't had that happen, but on 3.7.2 I had a couple times where I grabbed a survivor off a gen, and the game crashed for them, and I was stuck in grab animation for about 10 seconds until the game fully disconnected them and corrected itself.

Also on the survivor side; if a grab visually would look strange or if a grab shouldn't be happening, just turn the grab into a hit point of damage as it can be painful to be grabbed from several meters away.

Yeah it's really annoying to grab someone off a gen, it cancels the grab, forces me to then hit the generator, and then the survivor is always 10 meters away.
