Only 3 perks in bloodweb when only purple perks are left.

when you have every perk, except some very rare, you'll only get 3 perks in your bloodweb. Even if you have more than 3 perks left to get, you'll still only get 3 perks.
kepps happening to me on P3 level 50 Deathslinger (but will probably happen to every character because it is bloodweb related)
