Ghastly Gateau does nothing and invisible perks

After matches my perk icons are not showing, and my Ghastly Gateau did nothing to increase my Bloodpoints, also the Gateaus of the other players didn't work for me either.

THIS IS TRUE the Ghastly Gateau DOES NOTHING. THREE PLAYERS USED THE OFFERING AND i GOT NO BONUS. aLSO MY PERKS DO NOT SHOW.
