I’m on Xbox and I logged into dbd after the 4th anniversary event came out so I could get the deathslinger head but 4 days later I still don’t have it but I have the 4th anniversary charm.

    What days did you log in? The Deathslinger head was only available if you logged in from June 23rd to June 25th, meaning if you first logged in on June 26th then you missed it.

    I want to bump this, I also logged in the 25th, but i couldn't play a match and was not able to get the item.

    I didn't get the Claudette top even though I logged in today about six hours ago. It is still June 28th for me.

    I didn't received the Claudette cosmetic either. I got all the others and I was playing the game in the night from 24th -25th and i logged in early in the morning on the 25th. But I'm playing from Germany so it is CET.

    Please help me. It was THAT item I only wanted in the first week.
