Dwights downed/flashlight animation

In game the last few days I’ve seen animation bugs- whenever I get downed as Dwight for a second or 2 the animation glitches and Dwight immediately stands up again and then goes back down? Then the real issue is with flashlights- everytime I (or other friends playing Dwight) used a flashlight it looked very weird- his arm looked kinda broken and the flashlight was unusable as it wouldn’t let it be pointed anywhere but the ground. So you can’t get blinds or anything at the moment.
