No archive progression after crashing from a game due to internet loss.

I play on steam.
I was playing a game on hawking lab when my wifi crashed, and I was kicked from the game. Before hand I had drop 2 pallets on the killer's head to progress towards the archive quest of 6 pallets stuns. However, after I reconnect it didn't save the progression towards the archive. My wifi provider stated there was an outage in my area.
Do some archive progression points and then have the wifi disconnect somehow.
The has happen only once.
