PC - Level and Devotion bug

UPDATE: it appears it was a visual bug, everything went back to normal as I reopened the game. False alarm.


I'm playing on PC, and everything was going well up until a few minutes ago, when I noticed something really odd. My player level appears to be 72090, with my devotion level being over 8 millions. I'm pretty sure that can't be right.. I read on another post that it happened to someone else before, and when they restarted the game it reset their account entirely and I wouldn't want the same happening to me, so I took a screenshot of the points I have just in case, as well as one to document the bug.

Character I was playing: Legion (trying to do a challenge)

Last map I played before noticing: Lery's (and it was more laggy than usual)

Additional infos: nothing weird comes to mind, except for facing one survivor earlier, who somehow unhooked themselves after being put on their 2nd hook (no Deliverance or any perks that mentioned hooks whatsoever, no struggle attempts left)
