Survivor Animations and Injuries Need Updating
The game has been out for years now, one thing that needs an update is the survivor animations as they look awful. Healing a survivor is the worst as they do this strange movement with their hands about two feet above their head not touching them or anything. For this it would look good if the person healing them actually touched them and applied a bandage or something, similar to the animation used in the last of us or ghost recon breakpoint. The chests and gens animations are lame too but not as bad.
Another cool feature would be when a survivor gets hooked blood squirts out and then stains the survivors clothes, just to make it a bit more realistic and brutal as it is an 18 rated game, so may aswell add more blood and gore.

I’d be interested in more movements but the blood thing is basically what they do with their prestige clothing for the survivors.

I think what's more annoying from the gameplay standpoint is that animations don't match the survivor's hitbox. For example an injured survivor that is running has the same hitbox as a healthy one. Since injured survivors lean forward, they appear further than they actually are. This is particular noticeable when they get hit from behind with a projectile, like a hatchet.
I think the main problem with hit detection is not the hitboxes per se, but the animations. I sometimes see hatchets fly through the survivor, with no hit registered, I sometimes see it fly past them 1 metre, and still get a hit registered. This more often than not happens to me when they perform an action, like vaulting, dropping, etc.
