Diversion multiple use perk :)

I think that Diversion (Adam Francis) should be multiple use perk (we can load it and use it couple times) but with biggest cooldown (for example 100 seconds)

Why even use it? It is a worthless perk. With so many killer aura reading perks and potential freddy changes it is a waste.
