Can't Buy Bloodpoints in shrine

Im playing on PC and i have 3 of the teachables in the shrine of secrets, but when i go to click on one of them to buy blood points, it says that the transaction failed and to try again later. It has been doing this for a week now, its not taking my shards but its not letting me buy bp either. I have tried this about 10 times over the last week with the same thing happening every time.
