Lost bloodpoints and shards in shrine of secrets

i went to the shrine of secrets to buy two perks i already had so i could get 150k bloodpoints which then i exited the game to go play another game i come back and my shards are gone and so are the bloodpoints i got from buying the perks i already had i also couldn’t buy the perks again at the time i was in custom game menu and selected store then bought the perks from the shrine so i lost 4k iri shards
