Dcing during loading screen

I have been having an issue after the newest hotfix where I cannot get into games and I disconnect during the loading screen. (The game doesn't crash or anything and it shows someone else disconnected but for everyone else it shows I dced) This happens over 80 percent of games and I've only been able to get into 1 game after the update. I'm on PS4 and I live in Ohio if that helps. I have tried rebuilding database and restarting my PlayStation.
