[PC] Hawkin's Laboratory Fountain Stuck Glitch

On Hawkin's Laboratory there was a glitch where after purging from the fountain at the location shown below my character (Meg) became stuck in front of the fountain. The plague then walked up and used the fountain then picked me up. At this point the plague became stuck too. The plague eventually freed herself by using a charge attack (I asked her about this in the post game chat). I've included below two images both of the location with the fountain where one is just me stuck, and the other is the plague holding me while stuck. I noticed that the wiggle bar would also disappear and reappear while I was wiggling if that helps.
