PC - Multiple unbreakable uses

This occurred on pc in a public match. The map was "Gideon's meat plant" and it was a Dwight fairfield who was using unbreakablet2, decisive striket1, dead hardt3, we're going to live forevert3. while 3 people were in the dying state Dwight picked himself up to the injured state multiple times. Amazingly this was shown on 2 twitch streams. www.twitch.tv/videos/668342980, for this VoD the footage starts at 6:29:10. For the second stream (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/668486624) the footage starts at 3:50:57. I haven't tried to duplicate this bug since I don't have the corresponding perks on dwight.
