Couldn't Mori survivors with Pig, PC

I brought an Ebony Mori into the match, while I was playing Pig, the map was Coldwind, Fractured Cowshed. At the end of the match I had two survivors on the ground but when I tried to initiate a Mori, I couldn't. The only options available were Crouch and Pick up. Both survivors had been hooked twice already and should have been Mori-able.
I unfortunately didn't get a chance to try and reproduce it, but it was definitely not working as intended in that match.
