¿Do you have the same imperceptible audio issue in the game?

hi, 3 days ago I have noticed that when i put the game in the background It seems to be like a little annoying noise, its too low to hear but fortunately i have a good pair of headset and I can hear it. The sound its just in this game. My headset are ok. I made a lot of tests and I can say that the problem is the game. Does anyone else noticed this issue?
