Trapper crown and leatherface chainsaw noise

I've recently had two, both of them on xbox one.
The trapper, I've collected crowns but not had them unlock. Each time I've picked them up I've got the screen surround with the gold glitter and I've got the points at pick up and after the match. This has happened 5 times now, each time different maps.
With leatherface I've had the chainsaw rev noise keep playing after I got stunned with a pallet while holding a fully revved chainsaw. The chainsaw was put away as normal but the full rev noise stayed until revved again then went back to normal. This has only happened twice, but hasn't happened everytime pallet stunned with full chainsaw. Probably about 1 in 4.
