I'm tempted to say Oni, just because his power allows him to navigate through the map easier.

Wraith is another option, as his power isn't effected by maps.

Spirit doesn't have any bad maps, only good maps.

Pig is great on both small maps and big maps if you know what you are doing.

It's impossible to use Oni's power for mobility in maps like the game and hawkin's.

Wraith is weak in open maps as people can easily him while cloaked.

Pig is very weak on big maps as she has very little mobility.

Freddy, spirit and doc can pretty much operate on any map for me.

Personally Oni's best map is actually Hawkins, as he can perform a lot of jukes with his power. Additionally, if you know the room lay outs you can get around places relatively easy.

Wraith I'll agree with, although you don't want to be running right at them.

While yes, Pig doesn't have any mobility, the traps force survivors to travel around the map too, and at a slower rate, proving fairly powerful if you have quick chases.
