Crossover suggestion - Angels of Death
It would be awesome to have a character like Rachel Gardner from "Angels of Death" be a killer AND a survivor. Her backstory (Spoilers): Rachel dies and gets sent straight to purgatory in a big hospital. On each floor is a different killer (the plot has many similarities to DBD). As she helps her friend escape we get to the top of the building and discover that she is actually the most frightening monster in the entire building.
In DBD she can be played as a survivor AND as the killer. As a survivor she's quiet and emotionless, her sewing skills make her good at healing. She doesn't make a lot of noise and has perks that play on her personality of wanting to die because deep down she remembers all the horrible things she's done. As a killer she's small and wields a knife as her main weapon. Her abilities use her sewing needle. Her twisted compassion for injured survivors makes her want to make them right. She chops them up and sews them back together...
The following characters could also be used as skins for DBD killers based on killers in Angels of Death:
- Clown - Abraham Gray
- Deathslinger - Cathy Ward
- Doctor - Danny Dickens
- Legion - Zack
The new map would be based on purgatory hospital with her neat and tidy apartment full of stuffed animals as the top floor.
