What Killer do I level?

Hi Im nearly up to 1 mil bloodpints and have no Idea who to lvl up.
Should I lvl up 1 Killer to 40 or all other Killers that are still not lvl 15?
And what Killer/s should i lvl up?
P.S. Im not lvling The Deathslinger cause I suck with him :)

you could level up billy to 30 for enduring, plague also has some good perks. But personally i would level up the killer i think is the most fun. Whichever one you like to play the most would be a good one to level up.

i would recommend plague because 1) she is fun to play 2) her perks are good

if you can... buy the clown to get pop goes and/or bamboozle
