PTB unplayable & RIP Billy

So Ive waited over 20 minutes for a killer game only to get kicked out as soon as the match loads up!? Nice! Then trying to get a gaming as survivor, seeing my ping is 240-300! and with similar instances of games crashing; As per quote: "Session Closed- The lobby has been closed due to an unexpected situation"
