Why haven’t I gotten the 4th Year Anniversary Claudette pants?

I unfortunately couldn’t game on the 5th or the 6th of July to qualify for the pants, but I played on the 7th of July ET (Eastern Time) to make sure I could get them, but when I booted the game up tonight, noticed that I don’t have the pants. Is this just an issue of patience? Should I wait longer?

A friend of mine had this issue; I think it bugged so that people playing on the 7th didn't receive them. I hope this gets fixed. I luckily had played on the 6th, so got mine.

Yeah, I was wondering if it was potentially a bug. I submitted a ticket, hopefully they look into it.

You had to log in prior to 11am EST time to be able to get the items, as you already have a support ticket in, they can check your log in time.
