PC - Executed at exit gate, killer stuck

I was crawling to win the match at the exit gate. My friend was sent to the torment cage (not sure if this is relevant). I crawled through the exit gate and was able to get to the finish screen. The killer used execute on me at the exit gate when I recieved the exit animation and reported that they were stuck outside of the map. I was marked dead on the score screen but got points for surviving.
Screenshots attached show the bloodpoints received for exiting but also killed by the killer, and all perks and chat. The log is also attached but I played one game afterward.
