Saboteur Buff
After the saboteur rework it became much better, but it still lacks something, and the perk also has several problems, such as: a long cooldown, when the hook sabotage is interrupted , the perk gets into the cooldown, which is weird, the ability to sabotage only one hook every 60 seconds, which makes the tools much more useful than the perk itself. I want to offer a couple of improvements that will positively impact it and make it even better.
Saboteur
Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability.
See Hook Auras in a radius of 56 meters from the pick-up spot if a Survivor is being carried.
Unlocks the ability to sabotage Hooks without a Toolbox.
every 90/75/60 seconds you get a token, up to a maximum of 2 tokens.
when saboteur have at least 1 token, you can sabotage hooks without a tool box. after each successful sabotage of a hook without a tool box 1 token is consumed.
Sabotaging a Hook without a Toolbox takes 2.5 seconds.
I think now the most of problems of the perk are fixed and it has become more influential in the outcome of the match. In my cases, when I sabotage a hook with this perk, the Killer manages to get to the next hook and hook the survivor, and at these moments I wonder: why do I need this perk if it only works every 60 seconds? With a tool box, you can sabo several hooks at once and without any reloading, which makes the perk simply not needed and the fact that the perk enters the cooldown if during the sabo of the hook and action is interrupted is just ridiculous, because I could just accidentally click the left mouse button next to the hook, having this perk and thereby putting it on a rather big cooldown, developers should think about it beforehand , in my opinion.

I think a more simple but nice buff would be make it to where you see all hooks within a 56 meter range around any dying survivor (carried or on the floor)
A lot of saboing is trying to be in the right place at the right time and by the time the killer has picked up the survivor it might be too late. This change means it's a lot easier to know where you need to be waiting to try a save.

Very good idea, but if the opportunity to sabotage the hooks remains untouched then nothing really changes, and taking a perk to match just to see the auras of the hooks is a little weird, and no one can accurately predict which hook the killers will go to, so even if you get up at the hook in advance , chance that the killer will go in the other direction is very possible, this happens often with me, so I think that my idea is very appropriate, giving two attempts to sabotage the hooks.

Saboteur:
Allows you to sabotage at 60/70/80% speed without a toolbox. Increases toolbox efficiency when sabotaging by 70/75/80%.
Comes hand-in-hand with:
Sabotage
- 18 seconds
- hooks stay permanently sabotaged until a survivor wiggles free
- if no hooks within 32 meters of the incident, all hooks within 64 meters respawn after ten seconds.
- For each time a hook is sabotaged, sabotage speed for that hook is decreased by 15%.
And the sabotage mechanic is fixed.
