The QnA Blood warden rework suggestion

So in referring to Horvath Crazy Blood warden idea he spoke about in the QnA, personally i think its a fascinating idea, since it will force survivors to ether leave whilst they still can or be forced to make the save its a great way of applying pressure across the map in the late game, though the idea is solid i dont think it has a place as a base mechanic, as a base skill it just gives the killer SO much power in the late game and personally it be too much, though as a perk its a different story, since your taking this perk you have replace another perk for it, and i feel like due to its power it will inspire builds and add alot more variety in terms or perk builds. Since its a perk theres always the threat of it being there without it needing to be in the game it self as well creating a artificial way of not only speeding up games but making survivors alot less care free without actually being in the game at all.

Overall as a perk rework idea i think its fabulous and will be strong but not over powered. but as a inbuilt mechanic it maybe too overbearing though, ofc this is all theoretical. the main reason i bring this up is that i believe it's worth testing and should you find success internally maybe pushing it to a PTB

I'd love to know your guys thoughts on this btw i think it be a good idea.
