Survivor Perk Buffs and Reworks (Suggestion)
AfterCare - Aura reading is permanent. Hooking you won't disable auras.
Autodidact - You are guaranteed to get a skillcheck when you start healing a survivor. (Only one guaranteed skillcheck per bar) (Injured survivors will be notified if you have Autodidact)
Babysitter - Unhooked survivor won't leave scratchmarks, blood trail, and will be silent for 20 seconds.
Better Together - Is global range now. (The more survivors are working on generator, the bigger Great Skillcheck zone is)
Boil Over - Succeed a random hard skillcheck to stun killer in place for 2 seconds (Won't Drop You and you can't wiggle during the stun)
Buckle Up - After healing survvior out of dying state, you and healed survivor will recieve a sprint burst for 3 seconds.
Camaraerie - Will pause timer on any stage. One pause per hook.
Dance With Me - Not running for 4 Seconds will activate the perk and the next time you run, you will not leave scratch marks for 3 seconds.
Deja Vu - Auras of 3 nearest generators are permanent
Distortion - No tokens, but cooldown is 60 seconds
Diversion - Crouch for 20 seconds to activate diversion instead of 45 seconds in TR
Leader - from 25% to 50%
Left Behind - Always see the aura of Hatch (if spawned)
Lightweight - No footstep and foliage sound when running, + Scratch marks stay visible 4 seconds less than normal
Lucky Break - 60 seconds of no bleeding. Resets after being fully healed. (Being slugged will also stop the bar from depleting) 60 seconds. Resets when fully healed.
No One Left Behind - Uncapped Altruism points (post match) + Altruism actions are 200% quicker
Open-Handed - +16m aura reading (non stackable)
Plunderer's Instinct - When near a chest, you will be notified if someone took plunderers to trial (Its annoying when teammates open chests and take brown toolboxes)
Prove Thyself - You will see aura of any generator that being repaired
Second Wind - After 60 seconds you will be healed. (No teammate heal requirements)
Small Game - After you detect a totem, you will see its aura for the duration of perk cooldown. After breaking a totem, you will see aura of the another nearest totem.
Solidarity - Heal for 100% conversion rate. (Injured survivors will be notified if you have solidarity)
This Is Not Happening - Great skillcheck zone is 50% bigger. Succeding a great skillcheck while injured will reveal killer's aura for 5 seconds.
Technician - No Repair sound and you will keep current generator engine sound until you stop repairing it. If you go from 0 to 100%, generator will be completely silent through whole repair.
Vigil - All debuffs are 50% less effective on you. (Faster Recovery)
Wake Up! - When you are the last survivor, you will open Gates 50% Faster
We're Gonna Live Forever - When you have 4 tokens, taking a protection hit will slow down killer's attack cooldown for additional 150%. of normal cooldown
Windows of Opportunity - Auras are permanent

I'm not going through every one, but Aftercare is already incredibly powerful, and that has been acknowledged by a few developers already.
People would just tap the heal prompt to give themselves more skill checks. There's not a system in place where the game monitors who has done what progress on every individual healing progress bar, so it would just have to give the skillcheck when someone clicks the prompt. It's partially why Overcharge behaves the way it does.
Absolutely no information other than visual for the killer is not great design (as shown by the myriad of bugs with sounds rn).
Better Together: with some tweaks, maybe?
Survivors, get your flashlights ready for a free blind opportunity requiring little timing knowledge.
And the list just goes on...

Some of those are actually great ideas and would make 80% of unused survivor perks being used more.
