Legion rework concept.

Make feral frenzy a mode similar to ghostface, wraith, old doctor, ect.

Lower the movement speed to start out with. 5% to drop it from 130% to 125%

When in feral frenzy and you hit a survivor you gain killer instinct for a short duration. Enough to give you an idea where to head next if they're in your range, not something that actually lets you track survivors completely.

Give him a sprint mechanic that massively increases his movement speed then pop on a stamina bar that can regenerate. For every survivor injured either increase the speed of the sprint or the size of the stamina bar. Works mostly the same now. If you cancel it then you're on cooldown, you get stunned you're on cooldown, you smack an already deep wounded survivor you're on cooldown, you pick up a survivor you're on Cooldown. Cooldown can be as big as you want, though ideally it should probably be about 50 seconds.

Add-ons should also be reworked. Standard things: Decreased cooldown, increased killer instinct duration, increased normal run speed, ect. Rarer addons to increase things like vault speed, sprint speed, stamina bar size, ect.

Purple addons that gives you insta break pallets just like his iridescent pin, another for increasing terror radius by a large amount, ect. For a pink add ons one turns killer instinct into an aura reader. For every survivor in deep wounds the duration of the aura increases. 1 second base, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, 5 seconds. Second can increase the cooldown of feral frenzy but in exchange if you have atleast 3 other survivors in deep wounds then you can perform a normal M1 that'll down an injured survivor.

Here's my reasoning. Plague already exists. A killer that is stronger than anyone else at keeping survivors injured. Legion has to work so much harder for that and in return he doesn't get anything besides a short mend timer to waste alittle bit of time. Meanwhile plague straight up gets one of the potentially strongest down mechanics in the game If you cleanse against her If you don't heal at all both killers are both normal M1 killers, maybe with plague even being slightly ahead as she has addons for punishing that. With this he gains map pressure, he has an easier time actually chain stabbing like he's supposed to do, and he's still got a huge window where he can lose his power through bad play and not do anything to pressure the team for some time after.
