Idea for the additional effect for Any Means Necessary. (BUFF)
So I came up with this idea when I literally was carrying the pallet in RL.
What if Any Means Necessary could allow you to pick up the pallet and move it to the loop you want. If you drop it in some random place, shortly (30 seconds) the entity will take this pallet and teleport to the orginal place. Also the killer can interact with that dropped pallet and break it before the entity takes it. Of course with the cooldown and reduced movement speed like 1.13 m/s (Crouching move speed)
So the new AMN could be changed to:
You stand up for yourself, using whatever's on hand to gain an advantage.
Press and hold the Active Ability button for 4 seconds while standing beside a dropped Pallet to reset it to its upright position.
If the pallet is not dropped, you can interact with it by pressing and holding the active ability button for 4 seconds and move it to other structure.
During that action your movement speed is decreased and you can not do any other interactions until you stop.
If the pallet was dropped during the carrying: The perk will trigger a cool-down and will be sent by the entity to the orginal position in 30 seconds.
The killer can destroy the dropped pallet on the ground.
You cannot place the carried pallets at the killer's shack.
Any Means Necessary has a cool-down of 100/90/80 seconds.

if you could pick up a pallet and move it to a different loop, the 120 second cooldown would be fine. as amn currently is, 120 seconds is too long. I think being able to pick up a pallet that hasn't been dropped seems unlikely as you could just move it to a loop you like at the beginning of the game. I think that the pallet should also instantly break if you're caught attempting to move the pallet. so if the killer hits you while you have the pallet, it breaks instantly. same as if you drop the pallet (even on accident), the should break instantly so that it has a high risk high reward like hex perks. other than that your idea is pretty solid.

also, it should show the aura of places you can take the pallet to just like fake pallet freddy. if the idea of it being high risk, high reward isn't fulfilling, you can go with your idea, but the pallet shouldn't be able to be brought more than 30 meters away from its original position.
edit: one last thing. WoO should show pallets being carried.

Well it's just an idea to make this perk better though. I mean if the survivor is gonna carrying the pallet like 30 meters away from orginal loop, than it is working really well for killer, 'cause he's not doing an objectives. Well I thinked about making it break instantly if you get caught the killer, but it would just punish the other survivors and solo Q is already bad as it is. And also I wanted the cooldown to be a little bit shorter, 'cause the 120 sec cooldown is seriously long, besides you cannot reset and carry the pallet at the same time. You only can choose this or this.

@xillucide About WoO, yeah I agree. It reveals the aura's of any pallet withing range, but I think it's gonna most likely be a QoL change for WoO not AMN

That would be to strong honestly.You could just waste all really unsafe pallets and put them at super safe loops like the killer shack over and over again.

That's why it has a cooldown. Besides it would gonna be a time consuming:
4 seconds of startup animation
8 seconds at least to travel with the pallet
And 4 seconds of putting the pallet to another loop.
If survivor would prefer to move the pallets rather than doing an objectives, than it comes handy for the killer 🥰
Btw you can interput their action and break the pallet ( Animation like closing the hatch)
So they will lose a one loop.
