Pyramid Head - Movement Speed Bug
Step 1 : Boot the game (Steam)
Step 2 : Play as killer Pyramid Head in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, get pallet stunned at the exact same time as planting sword in the ground
Step 4 : Permanent slow movement speed for the rest of the match

- Frequency of the issue - Well I dont get stunned very often at the exact same time as planting sword but this has happened to me about 4 times now since the release of PH on live servers.
This has happened to me around 4 times now since the live release of PH and I think it shouldn't be too difficult to replicate. Basically when PH gets stunned by a pallet drop at the same as him planting his sword into the ground, after the stun he returns to the sword in the ground position and permanently stays at slow movement speed for the rest of the match.
In other words if you press right click at the same time you get stunned by a pallet, this happens. The movement speed seems to be about slightly slower than a running survivor, I was able to feel this out while running around a loop and the survivor actually getting closer to catching up to me while running around the loop away from me.
This lasts throughout the trial and nothing seems to revert it back to normal, be it hitting survivors, using your ranged attack, or getting stunned by another pallet. The game is essentially a loss should this bug happen because you can never catch up to anyone.
