Spies from the shadows

Spies from the shadows is a very situational perk which may be completely useless on some maps.
Many maps don't have nearly enough crows on them.

Maps like Lery's or haddonfield are better in that regard.

Would map rework contain adding crows to some of the maps and potencially increasing radius of perk trigger to for example 40 meters?

Idk why this wasn't in the big useless perk rework bunch they did. I don't think anyone uses this perk it has potential but its range and percentages are terrible to make it even close to viable

Yes pls. Some maps have almost no crows or they are all at the edges... there should be more of them.

Back in the days, SFTS was an awesome perk, but than they hit it with the nerfhammer.
Not only did they lower all the numbers, like percentage chance for an alert, range to get the alert at all, but also they completely changed the mechanics how these checks get triggered without noticing this in the patch notes.
Before the nerf, the survivor had to be in a certain radius of the crows to check for the alert, but now the crows need to get "disturbed" aka fly off. A survivor can almost crouch on their tail before they fly off.
And in the very same patch that they nerfed SFTS, they buffed Calm Spirit to a 100% counter.
Now people think Calm Spirit is a weak perk, because it is a hard counter to a weak killer perk.
SFTS was nerfed so hard, that most people thought the perk was bugged for not triggering.
And now no one is using this anymore, because everyone knows it's a garbage perk.
