So i wanted to ask if tombstone piece and the hairy is a good combo and if it works, 'cause the Tombstone piece says it drains the power gauge of Evil within and the hair makes it unlimited.
Does it work?

No it doesn't work. You will still be sent back to Tier II.
To get Infinite Mori Potential you need to use Judith's Tombstone and Tuft of Hair.
If you want to kill someone with the Piece I recommend J.Myers Memorial or Memorial Flower.
You could also go for a more meme'ish build where you use Judith's Journal with the Tombstone Piece and Nemesis to switch Obsession's to get extremely fast stalks.
